Before you email

Include the useful stuff.

The faster way to get help is to include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

What to send

  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • The app version you are using.
  • What happened, and what you expected instead.

Common fixes

  • Relaunch the app if the feed or selected video gets stuck.
  • Check your internet connection if built-in content is not loading.
  • Contacts access is optional and only affects the local friends leaderboard.
